Our People
Charles Clough
I have practised in Pudsey for many years with Lindley Clough (now QualitySolicitors Lindley Clough, a part of Morrish Solicitors). Although I specialise in Wills, Probate and Elderly Client services, I suppose I could be described as a traditional high street lawyer, and my range extends to many other aspects of life in the Pudsey community. I am a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Michael Rigg
I came as a trainee in 1974 on a salary of £15 per week. My father had owned a small practice Waite, Kitson and Rigg which was acquired by Morrish & Co in 1963 following my father’s death at a young age. I became partner in 1982 and was a partner for many years. I am the only person in the firm to have worked in all three of the firms offices. I am now a consultant with the firm, working across the board in property matters. I particularly enjoy helping train younger staff. I learn a lot from them. The firm will remain in good hands.
I specialise in Commercial Property in particular and residential and commercial property law in general.
Gemma Pollard
I was admitted as a solicitor in September 2009. I completed my LLB in French Language and Law in 2004 and I spent the third year of my degree studying at Tours University in the Loire Valley, France. I am currently studying for a Diploma in Land Registration Law and Practice , which I will complete in June 2010. I specialise in property and land law related matters.
Catie Spink
I joined the firm in March 2010 as a Conveyancing Executive in the Conveyancing department. I am a student member of the Institute of Legal Executives, specialising in conveyancing.
